It’s finally here!!!
Yoga Asana classes begin Thursday, January 8th!
When: Thursday evenings from 7:00pm – 8:30pm
Where: Sphere – 40 Charlotte Street, downtown St. Augustine, FL (right next to Stogies)
How Much: $10 suggested donation – all donations go to support the new St. Augustine Lakulish School of Yoga as well as Sphere for the use of their beautiful space.
Bring a yoga mat! Bring a small pillow! Bring a blanket! Bring YOU! Start the new year off to a relaxing and HEALTHY start!
Focus on your SELF and let’s build some prana!
