Come join our Monday night meditation class!
What: Dirgha Meditation
When: Monday evenings from 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Where: Sphere – 40 Charlotte Street, downtown St. Augustine, right next to Stogies
How Much: $10 suggested donation – all donations go to support the new St. Augustine Lakulish School of Yoga and Sphere for the use of their wonderful space
Bring a small pillow and more importantly, bring YOU!
